⚖️ Terms and Conditions

1. Service Booking and Inspection

By booking a service with Homus Home Solution, you agree to allow our certified technicians access to your premises to inspect the water purifier or kitchen chimney.

A basic, non-refundable inspection/visiting fee will apply if you choose not to proceed with the repair after the technician has diagnosed the issue and provided an estimate.

2. Pricing and Estimates

All repair and spare part costs will be communicated upfront after the on-site diagnosis. Repair work will only commence once you approve the quoted estimate.

There are absolutely no hidden charges. The final invoice will reflect the approved estimate.

3. Spare Parts and Warranty

We guarantee the use of 100% genuine and authentic manufacturer spare parts.

Homus Home Solution provides a standard post-repair service warranty (typically 30 to 90 days, depending on the part) on newly installed spare parts. This warranty does not cover damages caused by electrical voltage fluctuations, physical mishandling, or third-party tampering after our repair.

4. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

AMC plans cover scheduled maintenance visits and free labor for breakdown calls during the contract period.

Consumables (like filters) are only covered if explicitly stated in your chosen AMC tier. Motherboards, physical damage, and plastic body parts are generally excluded from AMC coverage unless specified.

5. Liability

While our technicians take the utmost care during repairs and deep cleaning, Homus Home Solution is not liable for pre-existing damages to the appliance, brittle plastic parts that break due to aging, or secondary damages resulting from sudden power surges.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled slot without any penalty.
